REFUND POLICY.
Refund Policy - the basics
We limit tours / programs each week to ensure that our animals have enough rest time. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds as the funds are deposited into the rescue account and typically used immediately. However, we're happy to reschedule your tour at no cost if you give us more than one week's notice. If you need to reschedule within one week, there's a $100 fee, and if it's within 48 hours, there's a $250 fee to cover the costs of not being able to fill that tour time. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us care for our animals!
Getting sick is the worst...
We also have kids. We know it happens. We will do everything we can to reschedule as promptly and safely as we can. We will waive any rescheduling fees if we can get another tour to fill that spot.

This has NEVER happened in the 9+ years history of us but we want you to enjoy your time. If you have issues with your tour or program please reach out to us. We will do our best to make sure each visit is as magical and educational as the last.
